A food delivery site

Hi
I need an online food delivery website for a restaurant. I will fill the content of the menu so i need someone to modify opencart to work as i want.

Opencart has most of the features i need but i need some features to be ripped on frontend and add more ajax capabilities to the shopping cart.
- There will be left/right column and main column. Shopping basket will be on left/right column. Main column will consist the restaurant menu.
- I don't need shipping, stock tracking and product pictures so they should not be seen on frontend.
- Homepage will be restaurant menu in list view, every item will have a line or two. Every item will have a cart sign or "+" sign button at the beginning of the line. Visitors may add items to cart just by clicking these buttons. Some foods have size and ingredients options so they may open in a small new window, users may add their choices with checkboxes.
- I want the shopping basket to be updated simultaneously with the users choices from the menu and also scroll up and down with the user scrolls on the page.
I need features like these and maybe add a few more. I need someone who can make these modifications in 3 - 4 days.
