and if you use OC-2, at least, this would make it much easier, to create it for yourselfs, if
this one is possibly not complete:

Does this always include the latest strings for translation? i.e. is 2.x current for 2.3.0.2?

I just spent an hour translating my language, and only just realized that this is possibly an old translation?

Also, there's no proofreader for my language, how do I download the stuff I just translated from crowdin?

This does not include the translations I just made... So I assume it only includes proofread translations or something like that?

then, just download it anyway, and synchronize it with your copy on your PC ! ;)

BTW: one could check, if the nice free Translate Mate Translator still works on OC v.2.3.x

Looks I just jumped the gun, had to wait for a build including the new translation phrases. The download had the updated phrases now that I tried again.

Hi

I'm also doing the Hungarian version. Since I'm new to OC can I ask how it's done in general? Via admin or php files? Because right now I'm editing / translating PHP files but I can also add words under admin tabs (e.g. home -> categories, there are two tabs, each for one language). If I do the latter will the translation php file be updated automatically or how does this work?

Many thanks

It seems like the structure has changed with OpenCart 2.3.0.2 such that the project do not currently support that release? - any plans for updating the translation tool to support the most recent OpenCart version?

There is an issue in the Norwegian translation at least with the correct dir structure for OC 2.3.0.2, would be swell if admin could update. O0
A sensible rule of thumb would be to have a new fork or something when structure change in OC version, so that the language packs are kept crisp and clean :)

Hello.

What's the official translation of OpenCart? I found these:

https://crowdin.com/project/opencart
https://crowdin.com/project/opencart-translation-v2

Seems like the first is the official; i don't understand why you have this project opened yet instead to cooperate there.

Thank you,
S.

Awesome! I've started work on US English, not that it takes a huge amount of changes.
