hi, tried to export from 2.2 and import it in 3.0.2, it gives an error the following error

I am facing the same issue as above. I tried to move products from 2.3 to 3.0.2 and i got this error --
Uploaded spreadsheet file has validation errors!
See also 'System > Tools > Error Logs' for more details.
No server data has been changed.
i went to the logs to confirm and i saw this

In case you get the 'Invalid header' error message, please do the obvious: Use the correct header for the 'Products' or 'Categories' worksheet. You can get the correct header for these worksheets by doing an Export first off the new website. And then copy/paste the old data to the new worksheet before an import.

Dear JNeuhoff!
Is it possible to import with only one Excel file? I tried one file with the tables "AttributeGroups", "Attributes", "Categories", "Products", "ProductAttributes" and "AdditionalImages" but received the error "undefined attribute_group_id". Then I splitted the file in three single files (Attributes*/ Categories and Products*) and everything works fine.

Hi. This tool is amazing, thank you for it!
I updated it from v3.16 to v3.17 on OC 2.3.0.2 and everything is fine, but I only can't export Products. It shows me a message File now found and

Do you have any idea where is the problem? I can export categories, options, customers, etc. normaly. Only when I try to export product, I got this message.

As the link explains, the most common cause of this error when saving to php://output is an open_basedir restriction that doesn't include a valid system's temp folder (e.g. /tmp), or permissions for the system's temp folder. If shows some possible solutions to this issue. The Export/Import tool uses the PHPExcel library which is located in the system/PHPExcel folder, or in the system/library/export_import folder, depending on the OpenCart version used.

Is it possible to display the name of the main section in particular and sub-branch other

Your post is confusing, there is no catalog code. There is a categories column whose values are comma-separated lists of category__ids. You can find the latter via exporting the Categories first.

Usually when a clean product we have to define its catalog. How do we know the catalog number?
Or in other words, what is the relationship between the product id and the main catalogs id and branch catalogs and the branch thereof

I'm not sure what to do with Undefined option_value_name error message. Do I delete the the option? And what to do next?

About the option_value_names: Do an Export of the option definitions and then check to make sure their names don't contain leading or trailing blank characters.

Hi,
There appears to be a slight bug concerning the 'description(en)' field when I download my product catalogue. On some of my items it will repeat what's in the description multiple times underneath each other. Rather annoying as this means I have to check out every item to see if it has been affected.
EDIT: This seems to have something to do with Open Office. If I open the file in Excel it appears fine.
