But unfortunately I'm experiencing some problems.

I'm using
OC 1.5.1.3
Vqmod with other extensions, but nothing discount related

When I add Customer group discounts extensions I start to experience following errors:

1. In Admin -> Catalog -> Category
Notice: Undefined index: discount in /vqmod/vqcache/vq2-admin_controller_catalog_category.php on line 297

2. In Admin -> Sales -> Customers -> Customer Group
Notice: Undefined index: discount in /vqmod/vqcache/vq2-admin_controller_sale_customer_group.php on line 347

3. In front-end I get only white page with this error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PUBLIC in /vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_library_customer.php on line 175


I have tried:

1.Cleaning vqmod cache
2.Removing all other vqmods and cleaning vqmod cache.

As the "error" states, it get's skipped...
This means the skipped "search/replace" is not needed for your OpenCart version.

I presume everything is working as it should?
In the next version, I'll change the logging behavior.

I managed to get this extension working by doing manual install, would be nice to know why I had those error using vqmod

That's strange...
The vQMod install should make the same changes as the manual install...

After installing (using vqmod), I have an internal server error (500) when I try to load Admin --> Catalog --> Categories page. Other pages seem to work ok. How can I solve this problem?

fixed, uploaded all category related oc original files. i lost all category discount options but user group discounts still works.

Lovley to see a free group discount extension. I installed it but I get the following error when I go to Catalog/Options in Admin. Maybe I did it wrong?

I'm very new to vqmod and I've got it installed on the respective folder in my server. However how do I exactly install the module using vqmod? I understand I need to first upload the groupdiscounts.xml into the xml folder, and for the other files in the "changed files", do I just upload it to their respective folders? Or do I upload it into a particular folder?

i also couldnt get it to work via vqmod. you can always manually change files, there is a tutorial in the download.

it seem work in admin panel but not work in frontpage

Having an odd issue with the module that's gone unseen as we've built our stores in 1.5.4.

I can see the category discounts are getting into the database OK (for cat_id 75, I can see customer group 35 is set to get a -25% discount [we're adding margin]), but when you view a product in said category (whose parent id is 41) the price remains unchanged, despite that I'm viewing as a user in this customer group.

We've tried doing a normal, positive discount, sifting through the XML to make sure no vital searches are failing (a search for older OC versions does, as seen earlier in this thread), updated to the latest XML file, and have had no luck. We're stumped on this one...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I end up coming up with a solution or finding anything else, I'll be sure to report back.
