Perfect! Thank you!

Hi there,
Please could you help me integrate this with my website which is using the Sellya theme? The standard install throws a parish error on all product pages.
Many thanks,
Hugh

Sorry, I can't seem to find an email address - on the documentation section of the extension page it says use the forum for support.

Any ETA on an update for newer versions of OpenCart?
I am upgrading a site to v 1.5.6 and it uses this extension.
Thanks in advance!

Do you know when you might add support for other modules such as related products?
Thanks,
Hugh

Hi,
I have a presales question:
We need to associate product spec sheets (free PDF's) to hundreds of products (each product has its own unique PDF). Obviously we'd like to be able to do this initially via a BULK UPLOAD rather than have to manually do this for each product. We were previously using a different shopping cart which had this option by default using a CSV file. Is this possible with your extension? We already have an import/export extension installed (ExcelPort) but are not sure if this will work by default.
Thanks in advance

You can associate one download with multiple products on download edit page or one product with multiple downloads on product edit page, however you cannot associate multiple downloads with multiple products with a csv/excel import.

As stated in the extension description, Product Downloads PRO is untested on AceShop/Joomla installation and any customization to PD PRO to work with AceShop would be offered as a commercial service.

I change only the info of "domain" for privacy.

Please refer to the extension requirements. You need to have at least PHP 5.4, so please upgrade your PHP version in the server.

If you receive the same error, then I do not believe that your server is running on PHP 5.4, as this error is directly related to PHP version.

Fixed
thanks for you answer, I double check the server version and I find that the server is php v.5.4.9, but the domain was set to use 5.3.3.
I change the domain configuration than empty the vqmod cache and now the download is good.
Thanks for the extension and the support.
cheers,
federico
