Change hearder.location for better navigation experience

Hi
i have recently purchased this extension. I have uploaded the folders as stated in the documentation but its not showing any register option as mentioned in your documentation. Moreover its also not visible under Modules. Please help

New version Advancded menu V3 v1.2
1) Fix a problem with multilanguage and product infos selection.
2) Remove select all ( to select all filters) in admin menu-
3) Fix a problem when you click on manufacturer on advanded menu, and then you delete.
4) Adapt asearch model to be more compatible with other extensions.
5) Adapt asearch controller to be more compatible with other extensions.

Advanced menu V3 V1.3 29/10/2013
1) Fix problem to remove price range filter when using ajax.
2) Fix problem with multislider in Russin language.
3) Price range slider position coin symbol is right formatted.
4) Product infos weight,length, height, width formatted with opencart unit when list/select is selected in view mode.
5) Added thumb/image in category function.
6) Fixed a problem when no data is set on the filter.
