Hello!

Are there any developement documents about OpenCart? Becouse i woud like write a login modul to the frontpage, becouse somebody sad that "this is a 'long' way to login"..

Any release date for v1.2.9 ?? :-) I think it will be the version I am ready to go LIVE with !!

i'm going to release it tonight.

a few bugs have appeared with the lats version so i thnk its a priority now.

i don't know if this problem it's solve but i have fixed some bugs on the opencart 1.2.8, one of them
is that is not saving changes of the store settings. I've found in admin\controller\setting\setting.php
on line 12 if (($this->request->server['REQUEST_METHOD'] == 'POST') && ($this->validate())) {
on running time is not getting into that if clause but if removed $this->valdiate() the setting data is changing fine on the database.

And also in Opencart 1.2.8 Spanish Pack i've fixed a problem with the NIF/VAT number, on database is not created the key config_nif on table 'setting' and not defined $error_nif and $entry_nif by default on the first installation. I've createad de definitons and the value on database and works fine.

before release it I recommend add a new feature to send admin password via email when users forget it.

you must have messed te code up somewhere so its not validating.

i will try to include the spanish tax fileds int he next release.

I was Vietnam
I use opencart 1.2.8.
I did add language to opencart Vietnam.
but as post new products, it only shows up on the language anh.con Vietnamese language does not display anything.

• When ever you add a new language you must do the following steps:
  1. Install the language files.
  2. Add the new language via admin.
  3. Go over every multi-lingual page and translate:
  1. Catalog > Products
  2. Catalog > Categories
  3. Catalog > Downloads
  4. Catalog > Information
  5. Admin > Configuration > Localisation > Stock Statuses
  6. Admin > Configuration > Localisation > Order Statuses
  7. Admin > Configuration > Localisation > Weight Classes
  4. Goto the catalog and test each page.

Cách sửa:
A. Cách 1 - Trường hợp dùng 1 ngôn ngữ - demo tại Web site bán xe đẩy hàng

• 1. Xóa thư mục catalog/language/english
  2. Đổi tên catalog/language/vietnam thành g/language/english
  3. Đổi tên catalog/language/vietnam/vietnam.php thành catalog/language/english.php
  4. Chỉ để lại ngôn ngữ english mặc định trong khu vực admin

B. Cách 2 - Trường hợp đa ngôn ngữ. Phải điền phiên bản dịch của toàn bộ các mục sau:

• 1. Catalog > Products (Mục sản phẩm)
  2. Catalog > Categories (Mục danh mục hàng)
  3. Catalog > Downloads (Mục downloads)
  4. Catalog > Information (Mục thông tin)
  5. Admin > Configuration > Localisation > Stock Statuses (Mục tình trạng tồn kho)
  6. Admin > Configuration > Localisation > Order Statuses (Mục tình trạng đơn hàng)
  7. Admin > Configuration > Localisation > Weight Classes (Mục hệ thống đo lường)
