Email notification not working Opencart 2.0.1.1

Hello,

I read all this thread from begining to end.
non of option was okay for my problem.
Problem is same. I have received e-mail for orders but I do not receive new registration or contact page e-mails. (All newslater subcriber receive email but not confirmation email)

It is not isue for hosting company or I didn't pass -finfor@ or even -f infor @ I have tried "Mail" also "smtp" almost I have tried anyting, even I check all php file for error "host = hostname"

So still doesn't work!!

Any idea?
