What if all I need is the city name? In Nebraska the jurisdictions are based on county or city, so no need to get a granular as the zip code.

As I mentioned on the first page, Formula-Based Fee/Discount can add fees based on zip code, but it can also do it by city name, so it should still work for your requirement.

Otherwise, if you want precise tax rates for specific locations, you could sign up for taxcloud.net and use my TaxCloud Integration extension. They are free if you charge tax in all states part of the SSUTA, or charge $10 per month if you only want to use their calculations for your own state.
