Hi,

I am facing issue with plugin, while export the products it gives the error..

Undefined offset: 0
×Getting messages - what is this ?

I tried to contact hosting provider they said this :

The error which you are seeing is due to the connectivity issue of MHCCORP.COM. When you press the EXPORT button, the script is trying to connect with MHCCORP.COM and fails, it cause the 504 Gateway Time-out error as per the server logs.

* About to connect() to MHCCORP.COM port 80 (#0)

Hello,
Have problem with this mod:
then try to export I`ve got message
" Undefined offset: 3"
and in error log
(PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in /var/www/instroysna/data/www/................./admin/model/tool/export_import.php on line 6920)

Hey, I've installed this extension on a fresh 2.3.0.2 install of opencart, but it isn't showing up in the back end.
I have rebuild the cache by refreshing and checked the permission tab but it isn't showing up there either.

Just to repeat it (I get this kind of enquiry almost every day): This is an Opencart installer issue, not an Export/Import issue! The files were most likely uploaded to the wrong place because of a missing or invalid FTP Root in the System > Settings > edit Store > FTP setting.

Sorry, i misunderstood you, i have fixed it.

To fix Just add the last directory of your base url of the webserver in the ftp settings.

Hi, just wondering if you can help/advise?

I export the spreadsheet and I have made amends to the sheet, when I go to import again, I get the following errors.

Could you offer me any advice please? Or where/how to get this working again?

I installed the tool without error.
But when I want to export, and I get this message:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Classes/PHPExcel.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/hardcore/public_html/admin/model/tool/export_import.php on line 7954

Please help! :(

Are you sure you go the correct setting for DIR_SYSTEM in your admin/config.php? If so, then it might be also an access rights issue.

Thanks for for reply, could you explain more? Even when exporting the default products already in the store and trying to re-import with no changes I get this error?

If I tick these options and export and then re-import there is no errors? But un-ticked and causes errors as mentioned.

Use option_id instead of option name in worksheets 'ProductOptions' and 'ProductOptionValues'
Use option_value_id instead of option_value name in worksheet 'ProductOptionValues'
Use attribute_group_id instead of attribute_group name in worksheet 'ProductAttributes'

I have been using your extension for a few years now and it is really great. I just wanted to know if you have added DOWNLOAD list import/export to it in recent versions.

I like this extension. I have been using it for 1 year. Today I installed the latest 3.5 to my OC2.0.3.1 system. It works almost fine. When I start Customers export it makes the xls file perfectly but I get an error message in error log:

"SELECT a.*, c.name AS country, z.name AS zone, (cu.address_id=a.address_id) AS 'default' FROM 'address' a INNER JOIN 'country' c ON C.COUNTRY_ID=A.COUNTRY_ID LEFT JOIN 'zone' z ON z.country_id AND z.zone_id INNER JOIN 'customer' cu ON cu.customer_id WHERE a.customer_id BETWEEN 1 AND 760 ORDER BY a.customer_id ASC, a.address_id ASC;"

What can cause this error log?

What can cause this error log?
Comment out the line

in file admin/model/tool/export_import.php, in method getAddresses. It shouldn't be there.

Hi! Thanks to JNeuhoff for the excellent import-export module.
But i have a little problem...(
How can I doing import without overwriting field "description"?
I have this problem, because description of products i'm writing manually in OC admin, but the rest of data - is automatically generated from my CRM (sku, prices, stocks and so on)...
So, when i'm doing import - my descriptions was overwrited with empty values(((
