This is not an issue with the Export/Import tool, rather, your FTP settings in Opencart System settings are most likely missing or wrong, e.g. wrong or missing FTP root folder.

Hi, I was wondering is there any chance to make product ids on a single line for each product filter so that the filter ids are delimitated by commas in ProductFilters, for example:
instead:
product_id filter_group_id filter_id
1010010 2 4
1300173 2 5
1300173 4 21
1300173 5 14
this way:
1010010 2 4
1300173 2,4,5 5,21,14

Hi guys,
I tried installing it using the extension installer but it kept on saying "invalid type!" even though it was the zip file i was trying to upload. So i uploaded the files inside the "upload" folder to my opencart. Now in user group permissions i have checked " tool/export_import". But I cannot see Import/Export in the system settings. I'm using Opencart 2.1.0.1. Can someone please help

Sorry, I am unable to reproduce your error. The Opencart 2.1.0.1 installer works just fine for '.ocmod.zip' files.
Something else is non-standard on your Opencart or your server.

Hi, I use OC 2.1. I installed the extension Export / Import from the dashboard, but when I go to System-> Tool-> Export / Import this tells me permission denied. Then vadon in User Group-> Administrator but can not find the table tool/Export_Import. What should I do?

No, you have to go into your Opencart admin backend, under System > Settings > edit store > FTP, and then enter the correct values in there, expecially for the FTP root which most likely is wrong in your case.

I set up everything correctly setting-> dataStore-> ftp but I always make the same mistake. Between administrator permissions tables Tool_Export/Import doesn'tt appear, why?

Because the files were uploaded to the wrong place.
Try the fre
Extension Installer fix, and then re-install. It bypasses the need for FTP.

Get in touch with your webhost and ask them to re-install the missing PHP ZIP-library.

Can you explain how to do it,because after upload the file and a product which has two rows, remains stored only the last line.
product_id filter_group filter
234 viscosity 5W-40
234 brand CASTROL
Please help me!

Everytime I upload an export, modified or not, I receive this error:
Failed to load '/tmp/phpnQi2yK' as a DOM Document
No server data has been changed.
Can you please help?
