I'm not sure why. I still use the same rss feed on my 1.4.9.6 store and it is working fine on google base:
http://theqdomain.com/ocstore/rss.php
Looks like a lot of yours are caused by "item too big". I have one of those in my feed error list, but the rest show fine:
https://www.google.com/search?q=qphoric+domain&tbm=shop
I'm going to reduce the description on the one but the rest is working fine.
