<sarcasm>How silly of me to trust my own fingers and eyes, again, moments ago with 1.4.9.3, over your memory of how you believe it works.</sarcasm>

When you enter Option or Option Value parameters and press the Remove button below what you have just typed in prior to pressing the Save button to save the entire product, that Option or Option Value disappears without any chance to correct the inadvertent pressing of the Remove button. Perhaps your fingers and eyes are more vigilant than mine, but this behavior is present on all of the 1.4.9.3 stores I manage.

mberlant, this is not the mod you're after. This mod is for "Delete" and "Uninstall" in the list pages, which has been in the core since 1.4.8.
You're after "Remove" (not delete) in product_form.tpl which I haven't seen a mod for.

Q just missed a fine detail which is understandable considering he is working on both 1.5.0 and 1.4.9.5
