Bought, downloaded, installed - worked straight away. Great!

It's also really easy to mod the CSS to change the look too :)

Does the download on your site have the latest code? I'm getting the same error as the previous person.

Your error was due to using an older version of opencart where the image class was in loaded differently. I've fixed that now.

Ok i need some help, i have sent you an email Q and no response i need some help. I purchased and installed this addon and it's not rocket science and it was easy to install as per your notes online and in the zip file i tried both ways and i am currently getting errors saying

Code: Select all

2010-05-26 10:17:23 - PHP Warning:  include() [<a href='function.include'>function.include</a>]: Failed opening 'catalog/view/javascript/jquery/jcarousel/jcarousel.oc.product.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/c/o/m/compacter/html/catalog/view/theme/YooDark/template/product/product.tpl on line 12
What does this mean? should be a simple install and followed instructions exactly as stated.

I have no email from you that I know of. But the warning means it could not open the included file.
Be sure you have a file at:
catalog/view/javascript/jquery/jcarousel/jcarousel.oc.product.inc

What file?? your instructions say
How to install it:
==================
1) Unzip and upload the contents of the upload folder to the root directory of your OpenCart installation.
-- Nothing is overwritten

2) Under the Admin->Configuration->Settings "IMAGE" tab
Set: Additional Product Image Size: 75x75

3) Add includes to the layout:
a) EDIT: catalog/view/theme/YOURTHEME/template/product/product.tpl
b) FIND: </span></td>
c) REPLACE WITH:
-------------------
</span><?php include ('catalog/view/javascript/jquery/jcarousel/jcarousel.oc.product.inc'); ?></td>
Did exactly as stated and nothing.

Just to advise, i managed to fix it myself, however nothing in any instructions mentioned to unzip and move files from upload to jquery to make the jcarousel file. So i managed to move the uploaded file to jquery and it worked.

I did unzip the and upload the contents to root, nothing happened until i physically unarchived and double clicked the upload folder to open up the files and kept opening until i seen the jcarousel folder and checked it off and selected move and dropped it into the jquery folder then it worked.

Remember i was the one using slowdaddy as my hosting? LOL

no prob managed to get it done and it works amazing, best 5 dollar investment made,

another note? any chance of prices for some other contributions to come down to recession level?? LOL
