Hello
I need to add a facebook pixel tracking code on for a client - the code needs to only appear after a sucessful checkout
They use a theme based on the default that I restyled & created for them
Would I be-able to simply amend the xml file above so I could add the facebook pixel code in , where it says Google code insert here and amend the default template to their template name?
The site is pretty huges and uses Jay Giffords excellent caching system - so I am very vary of doing anything that might cause any issues (i.e me making a mistake!)
Any advice or pointers would be appreciated.
Curious...
We've tried all these workarounds and one blaring question keeps popping up because of inconsistent data: In the case of a checkout that requires a hop over to the paypal site, isn't success.tpl only called if someone clicks the "Go back to XXXXXXX site" link after payment?
Is it possible to execute a script on post-back from paypal instead of requiring a click to go back and receive the success message?

Yes, you can set up an auto return URL in your PayPal account.badmonkeybotanicals wrote:Is it possible to execute a script on post-back from paypal instead of requiring a click to go back and receive the success message?
