Mine isnt working, doesnt create an invoice no automatically.

All installed and set up correctly.

Any advice?

I can't reproduce this problem. What the VQMod log file reports on this from your vqmod folder ?

If you disable all xml files except this one and vqmod.xml file, what is the result ? Also, which order statuses did you checked from the setting page ? Did you activated the contribution from settings as well ?

I don't think your module works perfectly.

I had to manually add a new 'order status' to see the invoice generated.

I have checked all the values in the options - to make sure it gets generated right when the order is created.

Any help?

I have absolutely no problems with it. When setting the option to processing from the settings page, I go back to the order and add this order to history with processing status. Then, when I go to the payment tab, I do see the invoice generated number.

I have few free downloads. I want it to auto generate invoices for paid downloads but not for free downloads.
Is this possible?

From the admin or store-front end upon successful checkout ? (Note: If upon successful checkout, it would be from a related payment module that would connect to a manufactured server through API).

I've just tested this on a fresh install of v1.4.9 as the XML file runs without problems.

Both wouldn't be quite logical since the store-front end would already generate the invoice number for the admin which means the administrative end would not have to do anything else if the checkout process has already handled that step would it ?

Obviously, you're looking for to have this addition from the store-front end for those downloads. Besides, unless I'm mistaken, there are no options from the core where the downloads can be charged versus the uncharged without using a specific contribution at this time.

I'm currently using this mod, http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=4157 that enables me to bulk update multiple orders' statuses and add its history to the order at the same time. Unfortunately, when I do a bulk update to multiple orders, it doesn't seem to activate your mod to autogenerate the order numbers. (Your mod works fine if I manually add the "complete" order history to each order manually). This is probably not something that can be done through your mod (if another mod does bulk updating), but I'm crossing my fingers.

While your last statement is correct, the other way around would be to state that the provided contribution link involves a license for its use.

My contribution only involves one operation at a time while the provided contribution link can do multiple tasks but without any automated invoice number generated during the process.
