Just installed into opencart v1.5.1.3. When I click on 'Edit' in the admin modules section I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\Data\Nemcorp\Clients\Consulting Cloud\Website\local\www\admin\controller\module\zopim_live_chat.php on line 375

Worked it out. It was the CURL php extension. The admin module is now accessible.

Now I am getting this error in the Edit module screen:
Account not linked! or We could not verify your Zopim account. Please check your password and try again.
The Zopim chat bar will displayed on your site once your account is linked up.

I can login into the dashboard using the same credentials. Any help would be great.

you should have option to choose color by entering html code rather than limited picker. i ended up doing this via phpmyadmin with 'zopim_color' key in 'setting' table

I followed the installation steps
I configured as shown in Figure http://i54.tinypic.com/2rmbo86.jpg
I followed the steps:
     > Extensions -> Modules (Modules Page)
     > Install module Category
     > Add module, use curent setting:
     > Layout: Default Store
     > Position: Left Column
     > Status: Enabled
     > Sort Order: 1
     > Check your site: Should be all page 2 column with left sidebar (Category module).

But while surfing through the home page or in the product appears the message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ModelDesignLayout :: getLayouts () in root/catalog/controller/module/zopim_live_chat.php on line 288 on line 288

My opencart version is 1.5.4 and my server is php 5.2.17

What is happening?

Beforehand if work it or does not work it, congratulations for the extension and thanks.

Zopim does not appear on chrome and firefox. Only visible on opera.

Zopim is an good application, but here I like to introduce eAssistance Pro live chat module for Opencart store. It is easy to install, use and fully customizable with many advance features.
