What should we have to do or complain if someone steal our extension idea and selling the almost same extension (with small feature and design changes) with similar price ??

You can't stop someone selling a similar extension to yourself, even if you were the first to have the idea unfortunately

Point is not to stop selling or stop competition but what if someone has already purchased our extension and he/she has copied our extension with minor changes and selling it with similar name and similar price and also updating his/her extension with our latest updates. If this will be the case than their is no mean of our work.
Their is big difference between similar idea and copy of idea.

In that case, yes that is a problem and you should contact
webmaster@opencart.com if you think any of your extensions have been duplicated with a few alterations who can then check them

Yes, but there's an even bigger difference between a similar code and a copy of a code
You can't stop someone to copy your idea, even it's the same with yours. There's no rule about that. As soon as the code is different (different approach to your idea), you can't do anything, but you can stop it from using your code, that's the difference
Contact the Administrators, and they will review the two modules, yours and the other one, and they will see if the code is stolen or not, but not about the idea "stealing" thing

Look this mihay26 guy is clearly stealing code, and trying to sell free modules, if the code is not enought then take a look on his comments, he's clearly flaming everyone on the comments, and that alone should be enought to suspend his account
i've posted about this guy and now its on moderation because it's a duplicate and was in the wrong forums,
if you want proof that he is stealing work, just download extension id 5011, the extension is a rar with a txt , that contains a address to a website, just visit the site and you'll be convinced,it has full mediafire donwloads to the most popular opencart premium themes.

What about this one? It looks like a commercial extension that utilizes JNeuhoff's code for the Export/Import extension:
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=4997
Given that the code is not all his own, I don't think it should be allowed in the extension store.

I did think that myself but I suppose technically they've added to it, and the commercial part could be considered a paid addition to it (to be fair I've modded the extension a few times myself for people for a fee, though that was a per person custom job rather than resale like this)

I see your point -- my problem was that it was advertised more as an Excel solution, and didn't have a link back to the original (I think). It looks like someone agreed with me, though, since it's now gone.

Oh, and another scammer -

Is the auto-disable system no longer in place? I tested it this morning and it didn't seem to work at 5 reports (although the offending extension did get removed pretty quickly, so maybe it's not needed).

I think a lot of my "features" were cleaned up as they were somewhat specific and didn't flow with the code... not sure the end result. Currently daniel is doing "spring cleaning" on the site and is going through it all and redoing the code as it needs it. So there are changes in effect... for better or worse.
