I'm an idiot and very embarrassed!From passed experience it always ends up, being my fault.
Long Story short, i have been trying to upgrade for so long, i had forgotten i had a "Modification Manager" extension installed. I actually thought it was bog statndard OpenCart its been installed so long. Just did new v3.0.4.0 install and realised. Thanks nonnedelectari ref encode/decode, the fact no one else seems to be getting the problem and the error from the host pointed to raw script(not encoded), that pointed me in the right direction. No wonder i was being banned lol

I have added/edited it to encode and decode but just htmlspecialchars and I don’t think that’s good enough ( php code needs encoding) So not going to try at this point, don’t want another ban lol
I will take another look later on, when I have more time.
