I empy ocid_session again, then it comes back in, but if I log out, it won't let me in, I have to re-delete every time, when it disconnects it tells me

every time i need to access my site's backend i have to clear ocid_session, so it won't let me in, i also cleared cache from backend, how can i fix this problem permanently?
