I don't say developers are bad, but extension itself indeed messes with the rest and creates a bunch of issues. Most of customers I served had issues with Nitropack. And, like I previously said, it is useless, in my opinion. Yes we have had quite a few issues but iSense have been good at resolving. It is a complex extension.
It does loads of stuff. It speeds up sites dramatically and increases the Google PageSpeed Insights score significantly:

I can't say anything about Google PageSpeed Insights, but on stores, which I checked it didn't help much in actual site speed. I'm talking about sites with about 100-200K of products and hundreds of categories. Maybe that NitroPack is good only for small or medium stores.
