Anyway, my new version of barcode module will allow you to generate barcodes for product options, by ex:

The main product has 10 options:
T-Shirt:
1. Color
1.1 Red
1.2 Yellow
1.3 Blue

2. Size
2.1 M
2.2 L
2.3 X
2.4 XL

3. Type
3.1 Long shirt
3.2 Short shirt

and so on..

So the module will allow you to pick up the option (by checking) and then generate the barcode for it..
