The customer said that he thought the service was only $6 (because of the price problem), even though his cart showed the $6,099 and he was charged $6,099. He sent picture to PayPal showing the $6, and then showed a picture of his paypal receipt stating I secretly charged him $6,093 extra. He claimed he was unaware that the price was over $6, and told PayPal that I was trying to rip people off. He demanded that the additional money back, and PayPal instantly took the funds out of my account, and sent them back to him. I am still dealing with PayPal, as they did not even give me an option to state my side of the story. Anyways this is not the main point. Lets fix this price updating BS.Burt65 wrote:Hi Brandon...
From the begin.
As i2Paq mentioned to you standard OC does not update prices of options. Also I don't understand your last post as today I tried your site and after select one of the option that only show the price of 9 dollars I was actually charged the right amount in the cart of $ 9,999.98. So I don't understand how can possibly be that your customer got to past your cart with only the amount displayed in the options as the cart does charge the right amount.
As I said to you before, there is a problem with your option "displayed price", but that has nothing to do with the price people get charged in the cart.
If you can't solve it, my suggestion still stand and it is the one I gave you in your shop today...
Cheers

If I cant find a solution to this problem shortly, I will be upgrading once and for all. If i upgrade, be prepared to see the forms blow up with new problems ...with my luck!
