I've never been able to sort this out, or had my posts answered for this problem, to find a solution.
When you enter an address into the SSL url line in settings, and save, we get the error 'page cannot be found' and are unable to save it.
I think that then makes multisite URLS transfer to the primary website page once customers go to checkout on our secondary url sites
