I have purchased 1 extention and waiting to "Proof of ID" .
How many time i have to wait to enable to download it ?

Suffering from the 'Proof of ID' issues like so many others.

Here is my Support Ticket ID #42071 Proof of ID Issues (not sure if this helps or not)

I can fully understand being careful etc, with payments, but when you have a customer like myself who has made a lot of purchases off extensions over the years with the same two PayPal verified accounts(albeit one used more than the other) and now as an existing customer have my hands tied like this is a little frustrating..

If anyone can help or point me to help will be greatly appreciated

Hi Balack, can you post what happens with this - let other people know how long it takes?? Looks like a lot of people have had to go through this, but no one left any information!

I can't seem to search OpenCart in google without coming across someone complaining about a harassing comment from Daniel. That being said, I can't even imagine the difficulties to not only build such an amazing system, but also provide it to the community for free - unfortunately his choice of words is seriously damaging the reputation of his business.

P.S. The point you made about the NSA does bring up some questions as to what you might be selling... or buying online....

I would not consider buying an extension any more after reading all this. I don't see the point of being PayPal verified if I still have to send proof of ID and then WAIT until someone bothers to approve me.

Another month, another extension purchased and another long delay waiting for "proof of ID" verification.

For NEW people this is acceptable to an extent, but for long term members, who have made multiple Extension purchases, their surely must be a system that can be put in place to reduce this frustratingly long delays in having the info verified. Once an account has used paypal account xyz, and its been verified, then why does it have to be checked everytime?

This is beginning to affect developers too. Lost a sale because the purchaser didn't have (or failed to provide) identification. So short time and quick to refund but so slow when someone actually sends their identification???

I agree with you, I had the same problem. Try to call customer service, there will get better help You. I couldn't help myself

calling CS would be a good idea. There must be a bug of some sort.

I just ran into this problem and I need the extension in an emergency :|
Not even sure why it would happen to me as I have numerous other extensions bought through the same method in my account. My account has been in good standing for more than over a year now. I used a verified PayPal account which I have used to spend quite a bit of money on that site already over the year.

Need help with this ASAP if someone can :| Please!
