I have the same question also..
I'm in the same situation as revadam is.
I did all to make it live.
I made a test checkout and made an account with an address out of the country, germany.
When I do a test check out, it just says "No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!"
But when I make an account with an address in the US. i get some options.
What happened?
