If some people are experiencing problems with importing files with large amounts of Products, would it not be possible to create a split export option, for example, saving a maximum of 1000 products per Spreadsheet file, for easy uploading again?

Yes the database is empty. I'm doing everything suggested, and therefore getting no errors, but it's just not actually importing anything..

ok, with an empty database add a dummy product to your cart, and then try to export the data.

are you able to post a copy of your spreadsheets here, that you are haing issues with.

export of dummy product (or in this case categories is what im importing) works fine, import of the same export does not..

once the above is installed try to remove the export/import extension and then re-add it, don't forget to do a refresh of your extensions using the correct refresh icon on the left hand side, hear the top of the page. then try to import.

I installed the latest E/Import plugin. all seems to be working correctly. Categorys, Options, Atributes, all export correctly, however if i try to do a Products export i get this:



Any idea what is wrong?

Nope no luck... Running out of ideas :/

In case anyone was having the same issues as me, I saved as CSV to remove all excel junk, then reimported into excel, saved as xlsx, and it worked

I am unsure what i have done incorrectly.
I installed the extension, and updated the modifications.

All seems to be working correctly while exporting all items other THAN products, if i try to export products i get this error.



What can be causing the problem?

I am using Journal Theme, if that might be relevant.

I have the same issue when all my products have gone from Catalog->Products page.. i have xlsx file but your suggestion is not working for me.. or i am going something wrong..

Can anybody help me and tell in more details how to modify my xlsx file or any other solution ?

Is this compatible with any of the extensions that allow sku's for product options?
