OpenCart Core Functionality Modification

Hello,

We are in need of an experienced, knowledgeable developer capable of extending OpenCart's core functionality. The site this is for is currently in development, and there are a few advanced functionality modifications we need to have made before we can launch. We have already customized the look-and-feel of the OpenCart install, but we need to modify some functionality. You can view the site on the staging server here:

The site allows visitors to create their own name bracelet using a Flash-based application. After they have created their bracelet, they are able to add it to their cart and checkout. A brief outline of our needs are as follows:

1) OpenCart needs to accept a configuration string from the Flash application that will instruct the person creating the bracelet on the size, colors and name entered by the customer. This configuration string can be hidden from the customer, but needs to be included on the packing slip and inserted into the database.

2) If multiple bracelets with different configurations are added to the cart, they should each be listed individually. Customers should still have the ability to increase the quantity of each bracelet if they want to order multiples of the same bracelet.

3) The name on the bracelet should be listed in the shopping cart. For example, "John's Name Bracelet".

4) We would like to combine the first and second steps so that the discount code, payment method, shipping method and customer address information is all entered on step 1. Step 2 would be the confirmation screen and would include "Optional Comments", and Step 3 would submit payment.

There may be additional minor questions or items that pop up, but that covers the major functionality enhancements we need to have developed for our OpenCart install. Unfortunately I haven't received a response from this. Are the requirements to difficult to accomplish with OpenCart? Really the only item that we have to accomplish is the configuration string sent from the Flash application included on the packing slip. Everything else would be an added benefit.

Is there anyone who is available to assist, even on a consultation basis? We do have a budget and are willing to pay well for an experienced developer, we just need to get this wrapped up as this final roadblock is holding up the launch.

Alternatively, if anyone is aware of something in our requirements that is restricting our ability to find a developer we'd really appreciate a heads up. We're not sure why we can't seem to get a response from anyone. We've posted on all the developer boards and contacted all of the commercial support developers listed on OpenCart's site, and so far haven't received any responses after submitting project specs.
