Hi,
i have problem with all email functions on Open Cart v 1.4.8b and 1.4.9.
All emails to users and order confirmation email has been delivered only to Gmail, but no to Czech email providers like as Seznam.cz, centrum.cz and other.
EDIT: The contact form works fine.
Where is problem?

Are you using php mail or smtp?
Who is your webhotel/server provider and how is the mail sending configured in there (you should ask them if you don't know)?

I really doubt this has anything to do with OpenCart, probably your mail server. It can be very difficult to diagnose these things though.

Email protocol: smtp
Email parameter: ah****n@gmail.com
smtp host: https://mail.google.com/
smtp user: ah****n
smtp password: mypassword
smtp port: 25
