how can i do that a weight base shipping by table rate
weight
1 - 20g = $2
21- 50g = $4
51-100g = $6
for my situation i want to make shipping charge as below
product a + product b = 80g, i charge $6

The Zone Shipping module does excatly what you need. Do a search on this forum on how to configure the weight ranges and charges per zone for this.
