I cannot find documentation that explains how to configure these to files correctly. My website is gpac-llc.com and I changed the admin folder to developer.
If someone has the correct example for Opencart 4 I would greatly appreciate the help

The folks at Journal configured both files for me even though it was NOT a journal issue. I am grateful for their help. I wish Opencart could have at least posted the procedure as it is entirely different from Opencart 3.
If anyone is considering Journal 3 for Opencart 4 I can highly recommend that product. Website is up and working (mostly; still waiting on the API creds from USPS).

Opencart 4 is not suitable for productions sites, Journal 3 negates the purpose of the upgrade and it is prudent to add that the recommendation above is not advised by responsible developer since it puts the site and more importantly the customers details at risk.
