This is the first time I ever put together a online Store, tried Zencart, OScommerce, CRE loaded but went with Opencart, best and easiest to use and enough addons/modules available for me Great work guys.

Here's my shop http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/ I tried 2 or 3 free skins but stuck with default as everything works 100% with default also I'm a big fan of blue LOL! Added Jay's slideshow, Q's paypal express and livezilla module. I'm pleased with it considering its my first shop

Feel free to tell me what to improve

Well, you certainly can't go wrong sticking with the basics.

I have to say that Jay's Nivo Slider looks pretty slick on your home page. Good choice. If I were you, I might rename it to something other than "slide show" - something that would make a customer understand why it was there. But otherwise, all looks pretty good.

Just need to figure out how to add a page background now

Added a globe background, what your opinion, is there too much going on now? Thought it would go well with the shop log and title. http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/

Alfaman, don't see any background. Did you remove it?

I do and I like it.
I have to figure out too how can I set an image background too
