In need of an Opencart Dev with experience in custom coding and Journal 3.2.5

I know that Journal theme users aren't supposed to post here, but I'm actually looking to hire an Opencart developer that can help migrate some of my custom work from an Opencart 2.2 website to Opencart 4. I decided to use journal as well as It seems the most advanced. The Opencart developer that we find, we're hoping can be an ongoing relationship. Our last developer we worked with him for 15 years. He is just slowing down since he has a family now and wants to spend more time with them. We're looking for someone that can take on work when we need it done. We're okay with waiting for a time slot to open. All of our projects are always well documented and easy to understand the outcome that we want to happen.
