I installed vqmod. Then I deleted it and the site didn't work again.
What vqmod certificate should I use in PHP8.1 so that I can remove it and the site can continue to work without errors?

Why are you using vqmod? With Opencart 3 it should not be necessary.
Why are you using 3.0.3.9 for a new store ? At this point you might be best to install 3.0.4.1 from here https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... ad/history - there will be no change to your database so the upgrade will be easy.
How did you install it? AND how did you uninstall it?
If using ocmod (ie you installed via the install function in opencart and uploaded a folder with an extension ending in ocmod.zip) maybe you did not refresh modifications ?
Always make a back up.
If all else fails you can contact your host and ask them to reinstall from a back up (files and folders) - presuming they do one - and if not make sure you do / set it up to / get a better host that has automatic backups.

1. The only edits vQmod makes to your installation are to modify the index.php and admin/index.php files. If you want to uninstall vQmod, just remove its edits from those files. I'm guessing that's why you're having issues so restoring those files should fix it.
2. Always use the latest vQmod version in any OpenCart store. That's currently 2.6.8.
