Hello,

I’m encountering an issue on my Opencart 4.1 store where product categories are not displaying properly on the front end. When I try to view the categories, the page either shows a blank space or the categories are jumbled and not organized as expected.

I’ve already tried the following:

Clearing the cache from the admin panel.

Rebuilding the SEO URLs.

Checking the category settings in the admin panel.

Ensuring all products are assigned to their respective categories.

Despite these attempts, the issue persists.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? What could be the potential causes, and how can I fix it? Any guidance would be appreciated!

There is Version 4.1 of OpenCart. If you want support, you have to provide the whole version number, and more details, see forum rules. Also, at this stage we don't recommend using any of the OpenCart 4.x.x.x versions for a live website, it is subject to development and bugfixes. For live websites use the stable version 3.0.4.0.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

Check if your theme is fully compatible with OpenCart 4.1 and that the category.twig file isn’t missing or broken.
Disable any third-party extensions to rule out conflicts, and review the error logs for clues.
Also, ensure categories are correctly assigned in Design > Layouts and positioned properly.
