"Make Offer" Extension

Hi,

I wonder if there exists an extension for v2.3 that allows logged in customers to make offers on products just like on ebay with a simple manual approve/decline UI in the admin.

Ideally it should have auto-accept/decline threshold and some other settings like a buyer can send max n offers per product per x interval.
