Googel last update deleted product image thumbnails & rich snippet

With the last august 2024 Google update, Product image thumbnails and Rich Snippet were deleted.
Google only keeps breadcrumbs, product title and some case descriptions for all my products on google research result.

Reading other websites webmasters and google specialists, this issue was an mistake they are working on it, but some specialists say this was intentional because Websites with Authority keep their thumbnails (Amazon, E-bay, etc.).
I KNOW THIS ISSUE BELONGS to Google but i would like t know if other opencart users are facing this?

What solutions did you apply?
I use opencart extensions for Google Structured data, Sitemap and I was using Webp format for images...
I was so confused I must continue with Opencart cms or replace it?
I dont know what to...its sad your ranking is falling down
