Banner spacing - remove space below and above banner

Hello,

I am trying to reduce the space between a banner and the content below it. I am using Opencart 3.0.4.0 and have added a banner via the opencart admin. I made the banner size to be the same as he image and added it via layout to the top of all pages. The banner appears but there is a large white space below the banner.

I have tried the css stylesheet but can't seem to find how to reduce this space.

Screenshot shows the space I am trying to change.

Thanks if anyone has an idea or can assist.
