Hi all,

We have got an custom extension that pulls products & their price from our inventory software and get displayed onto the website, however some products have their pricing set to £0.00 on our inventory software which gets displayed onto the website as £0.00 and our customers would still be able to add the item to their cart.

We would like to have it so that when a product's price is set to £0.00, it would not allow the customer to add the product to their cart, but also display a message saying "call us for pricing".

We used to have it so that it would do the above, however it seems to no longer work and we have try fault finding the issue with no luck.

Please advise and any thoughts on this, we can try and send any necessary code if required.

Thank you

AlHassan Arnold

Hello there
Greetings

I’ve reviewed your requirements, and I can certainly assist in resolving the issue. It seems like you'd like to prevent customers from adding products with a price of £0.00 to the cart and display a message asking them to "Call us for pricing."

I can help troubleshoot the problem and get this functionality working again.

Please feel free to contact me for further discussion:

Just so I have a better understanding before moving forward, would you be open to sending the necessary code for debugging? That way, I can find the issue and provide a quote. Does that sound fair?
