I am not sure if I am in the correct version area as I have Version 3.0.4.0, but I'll ask you all anyway.
We are getting multiple orders from customers for the same products. The confusion is happening because when they submit the order, they don't get an order confirmation on their browser (or screen). What happens next is they hit the back button and resubmit the order again, some up to 5 times. Is there a page that the OC should direct to that it is not or is there a .twig page that I can edit that would show their order and display something like, "Order Submitted" or "Thanks for your order"?

We are doing more refunding of orders than we are fulfilling of orders.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

The success page is what they should see if the order is successful.

They should do, something must be wrong with your install.

According to the default functionality of the Opencart, the customer will see the Order Confirmation Screen, something like the attached image.

If you are not getting a confirmation screen, then there might be the following scenarios:
1. You are using some third-party checkout where the customer payment is not getting completed. In this case, please contact the extension support.
2. If you have tried by placing an order in your store and are facing the same issue, then there must be some errors showing in the console of the browser; in this case, you can share the same here, and we can look it up.

We recommend checking the behaviour with the default Payment Method (COD) and Shipping Method (Free). If the issue persists, then try re-installing the Opencart.

Please review the above information and let us know if it helps.
