Hi Folks.

Before proceeding please note:
1. Yes, I cleared the browser cache.
2. Yes, I cleared the data cache on the server for OC (system/storage/cache).
3. I even tried a new installation of a browser that had never been used to test OC

I've been working on my upgrade from 3.0.3.8 to 3.0.4. On my current production version (3.0.3.8), I just deleted all the countries I didn't want to ship to at the time. On the upgrade (3.0.4), I went ahead and disabled all the countries in case I want to add some back later. However, they still show up in the list for shipping countries on the checkout page. The only difference I can see is that the countries that are enabled appear in alphabetical order first, followed by all the countries that are disabled. Basically I do not want to see any of the disabled countries in the list. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Check if catalog/model/localisation/country.php has been modified at that location and also in storage/modification.

The country list is cached, clear that cache.

Thanks for the response. 1. I cleared the cache. 2. I checked ALL the cache locations I could find, cleared them. There is no cached item that I could find referencing country.

Do you have a specific location I should be looking? I have searched using country, cache, with wildcard variations and find nothing on this server. TIA

This made me laugh. Thanks. But where the hell are all the open cart cache? I cleared the cache on the admin and modifications. I also cleared as much of the server as I could find. Also, this seems to be a common theme. Why the hell would it be difficult to make what seems to be a simple interface change?

Figured out the issue is with the Ajax Quick Checkout module I installed yesterday. Regular checkout works fine. So, marking as solved and will deal with the checkout author.
