A while ago, I helped someone set up their OC2.3.0 site, and now the TFA plugin is acting up. I just want to get rid of it. I went into the extensions/uninstaller, which did its job, and then refreshed modifications.
But when I log into the site (the public side needs a login), I get redirected to /TFA/Accounts and can't access any other pages.
Any advice would be great!
I know this is an old version and the site needs an update, but I need to fix this first for him.

1. Access via FTP and double check all TFA extension files have been removed.
2. Remove any relevant Vqmods.
3. Clear the Vqmod cache.
4. Check index.php for any related lines of code.
5. Check the .htaccess file for any related lines of code.
6. Try on a browser that has not accessed the site before.
