I added Opencart 4.0.2.3 to my A2 Hosting account. I modified some images and want to clean out the sample data. When I go to Catalog -> Categories it shows 4 pages but there is no list of the sample categories. I run the following query SELECT * FROM `ocpe_category`; and it returns 25 records. I also don't see products but do see manufacturers. I added my own Category but it doesn't show either. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
It sounds like you're facing an issue with displaying categories and products after cleaning sample data in Opencart 4.0.2.3. Here are a few suggestions to help resolve this:
Clear Cache: Make sure to clear your browser cache and Opencart cache. Sometimes, old data can still be cached and cause display issues.
Rebuild Indexes: Go to your database management tool (like phpMyAdmin) and rebuild the indexes for your ocpe_category and ocpe_product tables.
Check Permissions: Ensure that the permissions for your category and product tables are set correctly.
Check Database Integrity: Run a check on your database to ensure there are no inconsistencies or corrupted data.

Anyway, it's indeed strange that your products and categories are not showing at all in admin even though the pagination shows the correct count. Does it just show a "No results" message with the correct number of pages and categories/products in the pagination section?
Did you migrate your OpenCart store from somewhere else to your current web host? Are the products/categories showing up on your website's frontend? Have you checked your error logs or browser console logs?
Have you tried using the "Rebuild" button at the top-right corner of the Category page at Catalog » Categories?
