I manage to mostly setup page, but I lost top blue menu with categories and don't know how to get it back
Also slide show, images are not at the center but at the left, how to make it center again?

Do you have any categories?
Do you have them set up to show in the menu bar as the tick appears? https://docs.opencart.com/en-gb/catalog/category/data/
Did you read the the help button? "The top menu only displays parent categories. If this category is a sub-category, it will not be displayed in the top menu."

Yes I have TOP categories and than sub categories.
When I installed opencart it looks like it was centered? Thats why I am asking how to center that again.
No I didn't do any CSS, because I don't know where to.
Theme is default opencart theme.

you edited the header twig file, the menu is not set by the layouts, it is set in the header.twig file.

admin the place where you input the administration part of the site
categories a sectioned or grouped place where products can be added to in the product section under another tab.
tab the oblong box that has words in it and one of those words is DATA
admin => catalog => categories => data tab - screenshot please of a top level category for example "3D printed models"

thank you now I finally magaed to add tha menu back when you give me a screen shot what I need to do.
My native language is Slovenian.
Next thing I need to solve is how to make these images larger?
I edit carousel and set width 800 and height 600 But images are still small even when original is 800x600
