This happened for the first time last night.
While logged into the admin panel, we navigate to Extensions>extensions and from there once we click the drop down for extension type, any module we select that should have a vertical scroll bar doesn't. So, we can't access any modules past the first 3 or 4.
Tried several different computers and two different browsers. Cleared cookies and history.

Thanks for the reply, but this isn't quite the issue I'm having. Nothing is grayed out and in fact, all modules are working if I shrink my view small enough to make them visible, which isn't easy for some menu items, such as modules and payments. See the screenshot for what I'm seeing.
As you can see, there is no scrollbar on the right, but another 27 module items to go. Extensions>extensions is the only place this seems to be happening.
