out of stock but not (using Journal Theme)

When products on my site are down to 1 left in stock, customer can add to cart but when then try and checkout it has the following warning:
Products marked with *** are not available in the desired quantity or not in stock!
Even though there is stock. I upped the quantity to 2 and it works but if customers orders 2 as it displays 2 in stock same thing happens, link below

Using 2.3.0.2 and journal 3.2 theme.
Strange not sure how long this has been like this.

It works fine with a proper OpenCart 2.3.0.2.

So you got 2 options:
1)
use OpenCart, not the Journal framework, the latter has a lot of issues

2)
or contact the Journal support to fix this bug.
