Block Order on Out of Stock, Allow Order on 2-3 Days or Pre-Order ??

Does anyone please know of an extension that allows you place an order for a product that has the status In Stock, 2-3 Days or Pre-Order, but not Out of Stock?
Out of Stock means no longer available, but 2-3 Days or Pre-Order means it can still be ordered, but will take a little longer. In Stock of course means that the goods a readily available.

No OC version

It is unlikely anyone would have done something like that but I presume you have checked the marketplace.

Someone asked for something like this before maybe you can edit it for your needs
