Password reset email

Hello,
My opencart version is 2.1
2. Default Template
3. Email Templates Core - Ajax Quick Checkout - horizonal option - VDMOD - Ajax Live Options - Form Builder
4. php 8.1


All email from the store works well ( email register, email order ) but the password reset doesnt works ( not receive email )
How can be fix

No erroe log
