I'm new to Opencart and facing a problem.
opencart 3 after payfast transaction complete then no order pull through to opencart.
But payment on fastfast shows as complete and funds transfered.
Any assistance in this regard is appreciated. Version 3.0.4.0

It's probably in "missing orders" - usually caused when the payment gateway can't access the callback URL on your store. That can be caused by security/firewalls etc.

Have you checked in the OpenCart admin panel by filtering orders for "missing" status to see if that order ID appears? Also, have you reviewed both your OpenCart logs and PHP logs for any related errors?warren.nayager wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2024 7:56 pmI'm new to Opencart and facing a problem.

And does the payment provider have the correct callback URL set?

Also check your server's raw access log, does it show the callbacks from your payment gateway to your OpenCart server?
