Error 403 when choose payment extension

opencart version: 3.0.3.6
php 7.4.33
use petshop store theme
Someone help me plz. Anytime I choose payment in extension it alway display error (my attachment), then I click ok it nothing happening

"Forbidden" might mean ModSecurity is blocking something. Ask your web host to turn it off.

Thanks for your answer. I think I found my problem, my hosting is free and it had so many limits
